My Story

06/25/2015

We are so happy to be a 2 boxer family again. Candy constantly makes us laugh with her feisty and lovable personality. But the biggest impact on our family is that Candy has made Tyger happy and playful again.

Although it's only been 2 weeks since the adoption, it feels as if Candy has been a part of our family forever. The immediate bond between Candy and Tyger is heartwarming.

Candy seems to have adjusted beautifully to her new home. She is absolutely precious and so lovable. Tyger is tolerant of his new sis MOST of the time. I love that she has gotten him to run and wrestle again. He had been so sad missing his companion Lexi. Her foster mom, Diane, did a fantastic job at preparing her for her fur-ever home and I feel very fortunate that we were the chosen family!

Hi Everyone! Candy here...cute and sweet that's me! My favorite things to do, you ask? Play, play, play with the other dogs at my foster home and chew, chew, chew my bones! My foster home is teaching me the rules of the house and I am learning alot. I know my name now and I sit on command! I love riding in the car and just sleep and enjoy the ride. I actually did well walking on a leash in the yard too. I am loving all the activity here in my foster home but can't wait to find my own "furever" home. If you think you might match my puppy needs and you are looking for a cute little addition to your family...I'm the Boxer gal for you!! Will update soon as I wait for my perfect home! Could it be you?

Candy just came into rescue. She is so "wicked cute"! She gets along great with the other two fosters pups and the resident dogs. Will update soon.

She is so smart...already is sitting to get her dinner and is very comical running and doing somersaults when the dogs play.  Yet, she loves to sit with you too and watch the other dogs play.
